All Products Can be delivered within a 90-day delivery window: All items are stocked and shipped from our own facilities. We DO NOT Drop ship (Dropshipping is a retail fulfillment method where a store doesn't keep the products it sells in stock.) All our products can be delivered within 3 months from the date of purchase with most orders being delivered within 14 business days.
We also offer Expedited Parcel, Priority, Xpresspost shipping to those who want their lingerie & clothing ASAP!

Q 3) What forms of payment are accepted?
A 3) Forms of payment we accept are: Visa and MasterCard. Credit cards must be issued from Canada or the USA to be processed.
*Shipping charges are subject to change depending on item(s) size, weight and units. Any additional costs will be relayed to the customer before being charged.
*During Holiday Season: Due to higher than usual volume packages may be delayed in shipping/transit. Please note all shipping times are estimates. We cannot guarantee shipping times or service on behalf of couriers. We do not provide reimbursement on shipping costs due to courier delays.
In-Store Pick Up
Q 4) Is in-store pick up free of charge?
A 4) Yes! In-store pick ups are free of charge. We will ship your order for your convenient pickup to any of our 2 locations in Calgary, Alberta. Simply place an order and select "In-Store Pickup" on checkout.
Q 5) Where can I pick up my order from?
A 5) We offer a Click & Collect pick-up for our Calgary & area customers. You can pick up your order from one of our 2 locations mentioned below. Simply place an order and select "Pick up" on checkout. You can also call (403) 454-8244 to confirm a pick-up time of your choice.
Store Exchanges or Store Credit
Q 6) When can I come for an exchange or store credit?
A 6) Exchanges and store credits can be made ONLY on Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm.
We offer in-store exchange and store-credits. We DO NOT offer refunds. Call us at (403) 454-8244 and we’ll help you with your exchange of your recent purchase.
Absolutely NO returns on underwear (briefs, boxers, thongs, etc.) and footwear (socks, slippers, etc.). Garments may be exchanged or returned for store credit within two weeks (14 days) provided the items are unworn, unwashed, have tags and are in re-sellable condition. All sale items are final and unable to be exchanged or have store credit. All silk garments are final sale.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
STRICTLY NO IN-STORE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS.
Holiday Gift Return & Exchange Policy
- Christmas gifts can be exchanged or returned for store credit up until January 8th.
- No returns, or exchanges for items purchased on Black Friday or Boxing Day or New Year.
- Please retain receipt for exchange or store credit.
- NO returns/exchanges on underwear (briefs, boxers, thongs, etc.) and footwear (socks, slippers, etc.).
- Garments may be exchanged or returned for store credit provided the items are unworn, unwashed, have tags and are in re-sellable condition.
- All sale items are final and unable to be exchanged or have store credit.
- All silk garments are final sale.
- We do not offer refunds
For regular priced items:
Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, and you will be issued for either an exchange, or a return for store-credit. We do NOT offer refunds.
Receipt must be produced for exchanges and store-credit returns. Product must be in original condition and with original packaging.
Absolutely NO returns on underwear (briefs, boxers, thongs, etc.) and footwear (socks, slippers, etc.). Garments may be exchanged or returned for store credit within two weeks (14 days) provided the items are unworn, unwashed, have tags and are in re-sellable condition. If these return specifications are not met, we may not be able to properly process your return. As well, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of return shipments, so we suggest that you package your return shipment protectively and send it by registered mail or courier.

Returns and Exchanges
Q 7) Can I return (for store-credit) or exchange an item?
A 7) Crimson Lingerie will happily accept back your purchase for an exchange or return for store-credit (refunds are not accepted) should you change your mind, as long as it is in new re-sellable condition! Please follow the 4 simple steps below for easy returns:
- Repackage the item you wish to return in the packaging it arrived in or inside another exterior wrapping. The original product (unworn, unwashed, have tags and are in re-sellable condition) must be included for a return. - (Please note above this section for the items we do not accept returns/exchanges for).
- Do not tape labels or apply stamps to the product, it must have an exterior wrapping.
- Enclose in the package the original receipt and a note detailing the reason for your return.
- Take the item with its clearly attached return label to the shipping carrier of your choice. PLEASE NOTE: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- For exchanges (or store-credit returns) on products over $199.00 a $20.00 shipping & restocking fee will be applied.
- All returns are to be mailed to: Crimson Lingerie, Westhills Towne Centre, 240 Stewart Green SW, Calgary AB, T3H 3C8
For Canadian exchanges or returns for store-credit, please return your item to us within 14 days in new, re-sellable condition. For International returns, please return your item to us within 30 days for an exchange or return for store-credit.
COD returns will not be accepted. All products sent COD will be returned to the buyer at a cost to the buyer.
Online orders may also be returned in person at any one of our Calgary locations.
We do not accept online exchanges currently, should you wish to exchange an item please place a new order for the item and return the other item to us following the above steps.

If the order was already sent, you will be able to return it and receive the money back only after receiving and sending back the order.
