Our Policies:
- NO REFUNDS: All purchases are final sale. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
- Straight Exchange or Store Credit Only: Eligible items may be exchanged for another item or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS: Sale items, silk garments, underwear (boxers, briefs, thongs, etc.) and footwear (socks, slippers, etc.) are final sale and NOT eligible for exchange, or store credit.
Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit:
Items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original tags attached
- In re-sellable condition
- Returned within 14 days of purchase
*If these conditions are not met, we cannot process your return or exchange.*
Online Orders
For online purchases, eligible items can be returned for exchange or store credit.
- We recommend:
- Packaging your return item(s) carefully and protectively
- Using a tracked shipping method for your return item(s) (e.g., registered mail or courier)
- We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
In-Store Purchases
For purchases made in-store, we offer exchanges or store credit only. Please bring your receipt and the eligible item to our store within 14 days to process your request. Call us at (403) 454-8244 for assistance.

- WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. (We ONLY offer exchanges and store credit on eligible items).
- We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for: sale items, silk garments, underwear (boxers, briefs, etc.), or footwear (socks, slippers, etc.) - all of these items are categorized as FINAL SALE items.
- Ensure all eligible items meet our return standards to avoid delays or issues.
